This aviation training is available in two forms – Air Radio Operators Certificate (AROC) (for flight crew) and Aircraft Radio Operator Certificate of Proficiency (for ground crew and drone operators).
Applicants for either must pass an oral examination and practical test following training in radio telephony procedures and use of the equipment; they must also be able to speak, read and understand the English language. No minimum age applies.
